��Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Engineer to join our team at Surat or Vapi. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll be driving business development, generating leads, and expanding our market presence. You'll work closely with customers to identify opportunities, offer tailored solutions, and ensure long-term relationships that fuel growth.

You will also provide technical support, manage customer interactions, and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct field visits at customer sites, plants, and offices to generate new inquiries

* Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing customers

* Analyze customer inquiries and connect them with the right manufacturer solutions

* Prepare and share offers/quotations efficiently

* Conduct impactful presentations to generate leads from new and existing clients

* Schedule and attend customer meetings at sites, offices, and plants

* Submit proposals within deadlines and ensure follow-ups

* Coordinate with manufacturers on inquiries and order progress

* Conduct technical discussions post-offer submission

* Process customer orders and coordinate internal teams

* Monitor and analyze e-tender portals for new opportunities

��Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering

2–8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or engineering sectors

Strong understanding of customer acquisition and industrial product sales

Ability to manage sales cycles

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
