Position: Back Office Executive
Department: Operations
Location: Surat
Role Overview:
The Back Office Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities, including client account opening, documentation, KYC verification, and coordination with sales teams and clients. The role ensures smooth onboarding, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with NBFC policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Opening & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end client account opening process.
- Collect, verify, and upload client documents as per KYC norms and NBFC guidelines.
- Follow up with sales teams and clients for any missing or additional documents.
- Coordinate with banks for account opening and resolve any discrepancies.
2. KYC & Documentation
- Perform KYC checks as per regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure all records are updated and stored securely.
- Prepare client files, agreements, and application forms as required.
3. Coordination & Communication
- Provide status updates of client onboarding to sales teams and seniors.
- Handle client queries related to documentation, account opening, or data requirements.
- Escalate any operational issues to senior management for quick resolution.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Graduate in Commerce (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in back office/operations, preferably in NBFC, banking, or financial services.
- Good understanding of KYC norms, documentation, and account opening procedures.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
