**Customer Acquisition**: Identify and target potential customers within a designated region. This may include conducting market research and networking to generate leads.
- **Sales Presentations**: Meet with potential clients face-to-face, deliver product presentations, and demonstrate the value of the company's offerings.
- **Negotiation & Closing Sales**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and product specifications with customers to close sales deals.
- **Account Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis**: Gather and provide insights on competitors, market conditions, and customer needs to enhance the sales strategy.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services, industry trends, and best practices.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular sales reports, forecasting, and performance metrics to management. This may include tracking sales progress, customer feedback, and potential barriers.
- **Customer Support**: Assist clients with after-sales support, ensuring they are satisfied with the products or services purchased.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales environment.
- **Education**: A high school diploma is required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude
- Problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel frequently within a designated area or region as required.

**Additional Information**:

- **Location**: Travel across a specific territory/region as required.
- **Compensation**: Base salary + commission or bonuses based on sales performance.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
