Role & responsibilities

We seek a strategic SaaS Pricer to develop and manage pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness and revenue growth. This role involves Pricing modeling and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams.

1.Should have both SaaS and BPO pricing experience. 

2. Should have hands-on pricing experience (Not as facilitator or pre-post market analytics etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • This role involves Pricing modeling and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams.
  • Pricing: Design/optimize pricing models and use the same for pricing of various deals and modules
  • Customer Segmentation: Develop tiered pricing based on usage, value, and willingness to pay.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align pricing with product features, sales strategies, and financial goals.
  • Pricing Communication: Document and communicate pricing details and strategies to the leadership for their approval and guidance.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

  • CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), CFA
  • Both SaaS and BPO pricing experience.
  • Expertise in subscription, tiered, and usage-based pricing models.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and pricing tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Analytical & Interpretation Skills: Strong capability in data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex information and present clear insights to inform decision-making.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the BPM (Business Process Management) services industry, including its trends, challenges, and service offerings.
  • Project Management Expertise: Strong project management skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
