We seek a strategic SaaS Pricer to develop and manage pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness and revenue growth. This role involves Pricing modeling and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams. 1.Should have both SaaS and BPO pricing experience. 2. Should have hands-on pricing experience (Not as facilitator or pre-post market analytics etc.) Key Responsibilities: This role involves Pricing modeling and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams. Pricing: Design/optimize pricing models and use the same for pricing of various deals and modules Customer Segmentation: Develop tiered pricing based on usage, value, and willingness to pay. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align pricing with product features, sales strategies, and financial goals. Pricing Communication: Document and communicate pricing details and strategies to the leadership for their approval and guidance. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), CFA Both SaaS and BPO pricing experience. Expertise in subscription, tiered, and usage-based pricing models. Proficiency in financial modeling and pricing tools. Strong analytical and communication skills. Effective Communication & Executive Presence : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership and key stakeholders across the organization. Stakeholder Influence : Proven ability to influence and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to align objectives and drive successful outcomes. Analytical & Interpretation Skills : Strong capability in data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex information and present clear insights to inform decision-making. Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the BPM (Business Process Management) services industry, including its trends, challenges, and service offerings. Project Management Expertise : Strong project management skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
