Overview:

The position of B2B SaaS Lead Generation and Closures is crucial for driving revenue growth through identifying and engaging potential clients and ultimately converting leads into customers. The role requires a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS industry, effective sales strategies, and strong leadership in driving the sales cycle.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for B2B SaaS lead generation to bring in a steady flow of potential clients

• Qualify leads through effective market research and analysis

• Utilize various channels and platforms for lead generation such as social media, email campaigns, and networking events

• Conduct outreach and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present solutions

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients

• Utilize CRM software to keep track of leads and customer interactions

• Negotiate and close deals with potential clients using effective sales techniques

• Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform lead generation strategies

• Ensure a seamless handoff of closed deals to the account management team

• Drive continuous improvement in lead generation and sales processes

• Coach and mentor junior team members to enhance their lead generation and sales skills

• Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation strategies with overall marketing efforts

• Participate in industry events to network and generate leads

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales and lead generation

• Demonstrated track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong understanding of CRM software and lead management

• Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis
