Business Development Manager

- Conduct compelling discovery calls and product demonstrations for potential customers
- Manage complete sales cycles from initial contact through contract closure
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize conversion rates
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management in CRM systems
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide valuable market feedback to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement
- 2-5 years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in professional services or agency management software
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience with consultative selling methodologies and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with modern CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
- Understanding of digital agency operations, project management, or professional services workflows
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
