Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Director - Outreach & Strategic Alliances.

The Director will be responsible for

Developing and executing outreach strategies, establishing and maintaining strategic alliances, and managing engagement.

Creating n curating solutions to onboard colleges, corporate's & associations. Preferably with an existing relationship with colleges.

Managing relationships

Should be hands on and competent in building and managing team.

Competent in marketing activities like event management,

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Community Outreach skills
  • Experience in Strategic Planning and Research
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight
  • Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Past experience in the artist management or entertainment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
