Job Description: We're seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, documentation, and LMS (Learning Management System) operations. Key responsibilities include:

· Managing administrative tasks, documentation, and records

· Operating and managing LMS platforms (preferably)

· Dealing/working experience with university on regular basis

· Coordinating with our franchise partners and centre directors

· Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and implementing administrative processes

Requirements:

· 7-8 years of experience in administrative roles within the education industry

· Preferably from a Designing institute/college

· Experience working with LMS platforms

· Strong documentation and administrative skills

· Excellent communication and coordination skills

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with universities, franchise partners, and centre directors
