
Learning - Administrator

The Learning Administrator supports the delivery of unified learning technology solution blueprint. It includes broadbased coordination, administration, communication, and facilitation with internal and external stakeholders, as identified. The role ensures that learning tech solution is up-to-date and functions smoothly, providing all levels of general and technical support, as necessary to the learning organization.
ORGANISATION CHARTThis position will report to Manager - Learning Tech
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESManage learning - training materials and learning programs delivered digitally
Content Management: Coordinate between internal and external agencies for all content related learning requirements
Configure courses and learning pathways, manage user permissions, generate reports, develop in-house certifications & badges.LMS Management: Ensure the Learning Management System (LMS) is up-todate and functioning smoothly, addressing any technical issues promptly.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to learners, troubleshoot issues, and resolve queries in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in any field
Technology familiarity / literacy and exposure
Exposure to learning administration, learning program coordination, cross-functional team interaction, project
management
Ability to troubleshoot general, functional and technical issues.
Strong in coordination, administration, communication.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
High attention to detail in managing content, generating reports, and ensuring data accuracy.
5-8 years of experience in learning administration
