About the Role

We're seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Consultant to help organizations successfully adopt and scale Microsoft Copilot solutions. This role bridges technology, business productivity, and change management - helping clients at varying levels of maturity, from initial readiness assessments to full enterprise transformation. Depending on project size and client needs, you may lead foundational enablement, pilot deployments, or enterprise-scale AI adoption programs. You'll partner closely with IT, HR, and business leaders to design training, governance, and optimization strategies that drive measurable business value from Copilot and Microsoft 365 investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct readiness assessments covering licensing, governance, and compliance for Copilot and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops to identify, prioritize, and validate high-value use cases for AI-driven productivity improvements.
  • Design and deliver tailored enablement programs, including role-based training sessions, champion programs, and executive coaching.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define success metrics, measure ROI, and track adoption outcomes using analytics tools like Power BI.
  • Develop governance models, acceptable use policies, and continuous optimization frameworks for sustainable adoption.
  • Lead pilot deployments, managing communication, engagement, and post-pilot feedback for iterative improvement.
  • Create and maintain readiness and adoption scorecards, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to demonstrate business impact.
  • Support enterprise-scale rollout programs, including development of certification frameworks, learning paths, and ongoing enablement initiatives.
  • Partner with IT, HR, and compliance teams to ensure seamless alignment with governance, security, and data privacy standards.
  • Advise leadership on AI integration opportunities across Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–10+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, AI adoption, enterprise training, or change enablement.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
  • Proven ability to translate technical AI capabilities into real business outcomes.
  • Experience leading client workshops, stakeholder engagement, and executive presentations.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset - comfortable working with adoption metrics, ROI models, and reporting tools (Power BI or Excel).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certifications such as MS-900, AI-900, Enterprise Administrator Expert, or Power Platform Solution Architect.
  • Prior experience running Copilot, Power Platform, or AI adoption initiatives in an enterprise setting.
  • Familiarity with change-management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
  • Background in consulting, customer success, or digital transformation leadership.
