Role Overview

Join us as an AI Strategist, where you'll lead the charge in designing, building, and integrating AI-powered workflows for our group's diverse verticals. This is a hands-on, implementation-focused role for someone who enjoys building smart automation, developing conversational solutions (with platforms like RASA), and aligning AI initiatives to business needs across hospitality, wellness, food services, and more.

You'll work with cross-functional teams to select, deploy, and optimize AI tools—from workflow automation and analytics to advanced NLP and RPA—and shape the digital future of our group companies.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop, deploy, and optimize AI workflows using platforms like RASA, automation tools, and machine learning libraries.


• Build and manage conversational AI experiences (chatbots, voice bots) for customer engagement and operational efficiency.


• Analyze business processes; identify opportunities to apply AI for improving productivity, lead management, and customer service.


• Collaborate with product, IT, and business teams to scope and deliver AI solutions across different domains.


• Configure and administer AI tools for tasks ranging from data analytics to document automation.


• Stay updated on new AI technologies and frameworks (NLP, RPA, analytics platforms) relevant to real-world business problems.


• Document processes and educate teams about best practices for AI adoption and workflow automation.

Required Skills


• 2–3 years of technical experience in AI, automation, or data roles at product/service-based companies.


• Hands-on knowledge of RASA or other conversational AI/NLP frameworks.


• Proven ability with AI platforms such as automation (UiPath, Zapier), data analytics (Power BI, Pandas), or ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).


• Working knowledge of integrating APIs and building user-facing bots/applications.


• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a proactive, self-driven approach.


• Good communication skills—the ability to explain technical ideas simply to different stakeholders.

Preferred Experience


• Experience implementing chatbots/virtual assistants using RASA or other open-source conversational platforms.


• Exposure to project delivery in multi-business environments (hospitality, wellness, retail, automotive, F&B).


• Proven track record of deploying workflow automation or custom integrations with CRM, HRMS, or other business systems.
