Role Overview
We're hiring a
Sales & Marketing Manager cum Strategist
who can take charge of building our go-to-market foundation from scratch, create brand visibility, and drive revenue growth. This is not a corporate comfort role—this is a build-and-scale role that demands
urgency, ownership and output-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement full sales strategy and funnel from lead generation to conversion.
- Drive partnerships, collaborations, and channel relationships (clinics, gyms, corporates, hospitals, influencers, nutritionists, schools, communities).
- Build and manage telecalling, field sales, and channel partner processes.
- Track sales performance metrics and optimize for results weekly.
Marketing Strategy & Brand Building
- Develop brand positioning, messaging, and creative campaigns across digital & offline platforms.
- Build complete marketing plan for launch: content, growth channels, paid ads, offline activations.
- Plan and execute performance marketing, social media growth, influencer campaigns.
- Structure real customer stories, success cases, and high-conversion landing funnels.
Go-to-Market Execution
- Launch new products and programs end-to-end.
- Conduct market research, competitor mapping, and pricing strategy.
- Build community and referral-driven growth engine.
Ownership & Leadership
- Recruit and guide sales/marketing members as we scale.
- Work closely with founders for strategic direction and reporting.
- Operate with urgency and accountability, not supervision.
Experience Required
- 3+ years in Sales & Marketing with proven results
(health, wellness, FMCG, nutraceutical, D2C preferred). - Qualification: MBA (sales & Marketing)
- Prior experience building and scaling at startup / early-stage company
highly preferred
. - Demonstrated ability to create campaigns and sales processes from scratch.
- Strong digital + offline marketing understanding.
- Excellent execution mindset —
not just planning, but delivering results.
