Role Description — AI Automation Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)

As an
AI Automation Specialist
, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing intelligent automation workflows that connect AI tools, APIs, and data systems into seamless solutions.

You will leverage popular AI and automation platforms — such as
n8n, Zapier, Dialogflow, Amazon Polly, HeyGen, and Jupyter/Notebook LLM frameworks
— to build scalable, context-aware systems that automate real-world business processes.

You will collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business teams to conceptualize end-to-end AI workflows, from chatbot design and content generation to voice synthesis and analytics integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy
  end-to-end AI-driven automation workflows
  using tools like
  n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat)
  , or similar.
• Integrate
  LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, local notebook-based models)
  into business processes for data enrichment, summarization, and content creation.
• Develop and optimize
  conversational AI experiences
  using
  Dialogflow, Rasa, or LangChain agents
  .
• Create personalized audio and video automation flows with
  Amazon Polly
  ,
  HeyGen
  , and
  ElevenLabs
  .
• Connect APIs, databases, and cloud systems (AWS, GCP, Azure) into cohesive, intelligent workflows.
• Implement testing, quality assurance, and performance monitoring for automation systems.
• Stay up to date with emerging
  AI tools, plugins, and orchestration platforms
  , evaluating their use for client projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment, handover, and scaling of automation solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years
  of experience in workflow automation, conversational AI, or intelligent process automation.
• Hands-on experience with
  n8n, Zapier, Dialogflow, Amazon Polly, HeyGen
  , and related AI APIs.
• Strong understanding of
  LLM orchestration
  tools like
  LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT, or Notebook-based AI frameworks
  .
• Familiarity with
  API integration
  ,
  webhooks
  ,
  RESTful endpoints
  , and
  database connections
  (SQL/NoSQL).
• Knowledge of
  Python or JavaScript
  for building custom automation nodes or connectors.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills; able to translate business challenges into automation logic.
