About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Development Engineer (SDE) with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate must have strong proficiency in
Flask
for backend development,
React
for frontend development, and hands-on experience with
AWS
services for cloud deployment and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using
    Flask
    and
    React
    .
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure high performance and responsiveness.
  • Work with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudWatch to manage infrastructure and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other agile practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications, monitor performance, and implement improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years
    of professional software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in
    Flask
    (Python) for backend development.
  • Hands-on experience with

    for building interactive UIs.
  • Practical experience with
    AWS
    (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) for deploying and maintaining applications.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and web protocols.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and deliver high-quality software on time.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of security and performance optimization in cloud environments.
