Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Channel Sales Head located in New Delhi with some work from home options. The Channel Sales Head will be responsible for managing and developing channel partner relationships, driving sales through various distribution channels, and leading sales teams. The role involves setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives. The Channel Sales Head will also work closely with the senior management team to align sales initiatives with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Channel Sales and managing Channel Partners
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and market trends
- Proven Team Management skills and the ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Effective Sales skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid role and adapt to both office and remote working environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
