JD - Receptionist

  1. Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and provide excellent customer service.

  2. Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.

  3. Monitor people coming and going through the reception doors.

  4. Answer phones and emails in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary

  5. Maintain the material/ stationery stock and registers and order the stock if required.

  6. Contact the vendors to complain about printing machines, Lift, Light, Internet, Coffee Machine, Pest Control, Electrician, Plumber, etc… whenever required and get the AMC's Offer and negotiate.

  7. Maintain the attendance register on daily basis and keep an update on the monthly tracker.

  8. Inspect the office area 2 times in a day to check the proper cleaning and help to maintain workplace security.

  9. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including filing for the accounts department.

  10. Prepare meetings and training rooms.

  11. Managing and developing the junior administrative team.

  12. Schedule appointments with clients and customers if required.

  13. Organize and track the courier deliveries.

  14. Monitor and record petty cash payments, balance petty cash, prepare vouchers, basic cashiering duties, and basic bookkeeping duties.

  15. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.

  16. Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
