Receptionist - Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times
  • Provide basic administrative support such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
  • Coordinate with office management and other departments for smooth operations
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings when required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
  • Experience with scheduling tools or CRM systems
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
