Job Title: Receptionist

Location-Gurgaon

We are looking for a well-presented, customer-focused Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; redirect them to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain visitor logs, issue passes, and ensure adherence to security protocols.
  • Handle reception area upkeep—cleanliness, décor, and organization.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and office supplies.
  • Provide basic administrative support to HR/Operations teams.
  • Assist in organizing office events and meetings.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases where required.
  • Support with travel arrangements and vendor coordination when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
