Role Description
Krishna Netralaya is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to work on-site at our Sector 90 centre in Gurugram. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, billing, maintaining files, and performing other front desk duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Experience in customer service, with a positive attitude and a friendly disposition
- Familiarity with basic front desk tasks and computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and remain calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
- Graduation in any discipline. Post-graduates will be given preference. Resume should clearly state the dates of graduation/post-graduation and whether the graduation/post-graduation was through correspondence/distance learning or on-campus
- Fluency in English and Hindi languages is a plus

- This is a full time (in-office) position at the Krishna Netralaya eye centre in Sector 90 Gurgaon
- Working hours: 10am - 8pm, six days a week
