About the Role
We are looking for a
Receptionist
to be the welcoming face of our showroom. If you have a warm personality, strong organizational skills, and enjoy working in a high-end environment, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
- Coordinate appointments and maintain the front office calendar
- Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a neat and professional reception area
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a front office or receptionist role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English)
- Professional presence and polished demeanor
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
