Job Summary:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, greeting guests, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain reception area and meeting rooms in a clean and organized condition.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support HR or Admin departments with clerical duties as needed.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Customer service–oriented and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: ₹9, ₹22,555.89 per month
