We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional who can effectively combine business analysis and business development responsibilities. You will play a pivotal role in gathering requirements, analyzing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis:
- Gather and document detailed business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and reports to support project delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, QA) to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Assist in creating project proposals, estimates, and timelines.
Business Development:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and maintain records in CRM systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹50,543.70 per month
