As a Business Development Executive, you will be expected to learn quickly, take initiative, and be proactive in identifying new business opportunities. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable with cold calling and emailing. You should also have strong organizational and time-management skills, as you will be juggling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, InMail, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
- Develop outreach strategies to engage prospects and convert them into qualified leads.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve business growth targets.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate records of prospect interactions.
- Research potential markets, industries, and competitors for business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation / LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to craft personalized outreach messages and build rapport with decision-makers.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting targets.
- Knowledge of IT/software industry (preferred but not mandatory).
