Hiring: Business Development Consultant - Recruitment & Manpower/ Staff Augmentation
Location: Thane West
Experience: 3 - 7 Years (preferably in HR services, staffing, or recruitment solutions)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced BD Consultant to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in recruitment & manpower augmentation services. The role involves engaging with HR Heads, Business Leaders, and Finance Leaders to build long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients across industries.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Achieve sales & revenue targets in recruitment and staffing services.
- Present value propositions (recruitment, manpower outsourcing, workforce models).
- Prepare proposals, presentations & service agreements.
- Work closely with recruitment & delivery teams for client satisfaction.
- Travel across cities/states for meetings & presentations.
- Maintain reporting on pipeline, conversions & market trends.
Key Requirements:
- Proven BD experience in recruitment, staffing, HR outsourcing, or professional services.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment cycles & outsourcing models.
- Excellent communication, networking & presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Existing corporate network is an added advantage.
