Role Overview We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our specialized hospitality recruitment services, generating new business leads, and building strong client relationships. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence while working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting our hospitality recruitment services.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct presentations and consultations to communicate the value of our recruitment solutions tailored to each client's needs.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to refine sales strategies effectively.

What You Bring
- Experience: 1-3 years in tele sales or business development, preferably within recruitment, hospitality, or a related sector.
- Sales Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to close deals.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Work Ethic: Ability to manage multiple priorities and excel in a target-driven environment.
