Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Director - Business Development (Hospitality & Real Estate). The role involves developing and executing business strategies to drive growth in the hospitality and real estate sectors. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, and supporting the team with business planning efforts. The role also requires building long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders while working towards the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and approach top real estate developers and hospitality groups across key

Indian markets.

 Present and explain the concept of Branded Residences, including positioning,

market potential, and brand association advantages.

 Articulate the suite of services offered by Noesis Hotel Advisors, covering advisory,

brand tie-ups, feasibility, and transaction structuring.

 Evaluate developer readiness and interest in creating branded residence projects.

 Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential partnerships and transactions.

 Lead a small team of regional business development executives to achieve national

targets.

 Collaborate with the marketing, consulting, and transaction teams to deliver

customized proposals.

 Represent Noesis at key industry events, summits, and developer forums.

Educational Qualifications

 MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or

Hospitality Management (preferred).

 10–15 years of experience in real estate business development, hospitality sales, or

brand alliances.

 Strong understanding of luxury real estate and hospitality brand dynamics.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

 Proven ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders and close high-value partnerships.

 Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial approach.
