- Monitor team performance providing feedback and guidance to achieve operational targets and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategies with organizational goals.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all content management activities.
- Develop and maintain documentation for content management processes and procedures.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills in content production and management systems.
- Address operational challenges promptly ensuring minimal disruption to content workflows.
- Foster a collaborative team environment encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement in content management operations.

Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in content production and management systems demonstrating a strong technical acumen.
- Have a proven track record in content management system testing ensuring system robustness and efficiency.
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Show proficiency in developing and implementing content management work models optimizing operational workflows.
- Display excellent communication skills fostering collaboration and teamwork within the BPO environment.
- Be adaptable to rotational shifts maintaining high performance and productivity levels.
Certifications Required
Certified Content Management Professional (CCMP) or equivalent certification in content management systems.
