Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BPO Hiring Recruiter based in Bengaluru. The BPO Hiring Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions, and coordinating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. The recruiter will also assist in onboarding new employees and provide regular reports on recruiting metrics and activity.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates for BPO roles
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with recruitment software and tools
  • Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
