Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiters with strong experience in International BPO hiring. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, hands-on expertise in sourcing through various job portals, and the ability to identify and shortlist the right candidates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates from different job portals ( Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidate suitability
  • Perform job postings across various portals and social platforms

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and follow up with candidates
  • Conduct telephonic interviews when required

Recruitment Operations

  • Handle offer letter follow-ups and joining confirmation
  • Manage documentation and on boarding processes
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
  • Negotiate salaries with selected candidates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring tools
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to shortlist and identify the right candidate fit
  • Hands-on experience in job portals and sourcing platforms
  • Strong negotiation and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines
  • Immediate joiners preferred
