Role & responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT/BPO roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and headhunting
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes
  • Maintain a candidate database and recruitment reports

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment (BPO hiring experience mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics and best practices
