Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with hiring managers: Work with managers to understand staffing needs and define job specifications for non-technical roles.
  • Develop recruiting strategies: Create and implement effective plans to attract and source top talent from various platforms.
  • Source candidates: Use job boards, social media, networking, and other methods to find qualified applicants.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates: Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
  • Conduct interviews: Perform phone screens and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the offer process: Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and manage the hiring process to a successful close.
  • Maintain records: Track recruitment efforts and maintain a candidate database.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience: Communicate with candidates and provide support throughout the hiring process.
  • Report on recruitment activities: Generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150, ₹300,000.00 per year
