Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter

Experience: 1- 3 Years

Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru

Work Days & Timings: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturday | 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across different industries and verticals (Retail, Manufacturing, FMCG, Healthcare, Hospitality, Education, Banking, Logistics, etc.).
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media platforms, databases, and headhunting.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines for varied positions such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, Finance, Customer Support, Admin, and Leadership roles.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates until onboarding.
  • Handle multiple mandates while meeting deadlines and achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies and use social media for brand building and talent attraction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Any specialization; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (consultancy or corporate).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques: headhunting, portals, referrals, and social media.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle diverse positions across different industries.
  • Strong target-orientation with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
