Role: Recruiter (IT & Non-IT)

Experience: 1–2 years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Joining: Immediate (within 10 days)

Walk-in for interviews: Every day at our Tin Factory office(13th Floor , Salarpuria Magnificia,KR Puram, Bangalore

Job location: Salarpuria Symbiosis, Ground floor Bannerghatta Road Arekere Village, Begur Hobli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076

What You'll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple platforms
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for interview schedules and closures
  • Maintain a great candidate experience throughout the process

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (IT & Non-IT both)
  • Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other portals
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

Interview Location: Tin Factory, Bangalore

Walk-in Timings: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
