Team Lead JD

  1. Minimum 3 years of work experience in a relevant Contact centre voice process. In banking and sales
  2. Minimum 1 years' experience as a Team leader in voice program
  3. Good command over English and Hindi with any regional language
  4. Thorough understanding of operations metric, people practices (score calculation, parameters, ratings, attrition

Process Trainer – JD

  1. Minimum 3 years of work experience in a relevant voice process & 2 years' experience as a trainer from Sales Background.

  2. Banking & E-commerce experience would be preferable.

  3. Graduate (from any educational field).

  4. Candidate should be well versed in oral and written communication.

  5. Preferably TTT certified.

  6. Good in English and Hindi .

  7. Language proficiency in one or more regional languages (supported at the site) along with proficiency in English is a must

Process QA – JD

  1. Minimum 2 years of work experience in a relevant (contact centre) voice process. Should be from premium contact centers.

  2. Graduate (from any educational field).

  3. Minimum 1 year of work experience in a QA role with Banking or Sales background.

  4. Graduate (from any educational field).

  5. Good command over English and Hindi.

  6. Good aptitude skills-reasoning, logic and problem solving.
