International Outbound Team Lead

Designation - Teal leader US outbound Process
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of outbound calling agents handling US health insurance processes.
- Ensure daily/weekly/monthly targets (sales, lead generation, or policy updates) are met.
- Monitor agent calls, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Maintain high-quality standards and compliance with US healthcare regulations (HIPAA, etc.).
- Prepare and share performance reports with management.
- Drive motivation, engagement, and training for team members.
- Handle escalations effectively and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with QA, training, and operations teams to ensure continuous process improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and shift schedules.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader on papers in an international BPO (voice process).
- Prior experience in US Healthcare/Health Insurance domain preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
- Strong people management and team coaching skills.
- Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts as per US hours).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
