Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BPO Process Trainer located in Hyderabad. The Process Trainer will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, delivering training sessions for new hires, monitoring and evaluating employee performance, and providing ongoing coaching to improve effectiveness. Additionally, the role includes developing training material, creating reports on training outcomes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent process adherence and quality improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training processes
  • Strong Presentation Skills and effective Communication abilities
  • Analytical Skills to assess training outcomes and performance improvements
  • Capability to design and deliver impactful training programs
  • Relevant experience in BPO or contact center environments preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and related technology is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
