Work experience

2 years (1 Years as Trainer / Aux Trainer) from third party BPO or captive centers

Job Description

  • Identifying training needs based on the Requirement.
  • Scheduling and Organizing training programs
  • Maintaining Trainees Attendance
  • Maintaining Assessment scores of Trainees who are undergoing training
  • Collecting feedback from Trainees about training programs

Preparing analytical reports for the training programs conducted Improving the effectiveness of training program (Tracking Efficacy )

Knowledge and skills

  • Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills
  • Good Command over English & Kannada & Telugu Language
  • Process and product awareness - Industry and domain knowledge
  • Team Handling/Interpersonal Skills
  • Customers centricity - Excellent Presentation Skills
  • Pleasing Personality
  • Internal policies awareness and issue management
  • Basic MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.

Working hours

Monday to Saturday (6 day a week)

Compensation range

Decent hike on previous salary
