Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Trainer located in Bengaluru. The Process Trainer will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, delivering new hire training, and enhancing presentation skills. Daily tasks will include developing and implementing training programs, analyzing training effectiveness, and ensuring clear and effective communication with trainees. The Process Trainer will also work closely with other departments to ensure training materials are up-to-date and relevant.

  • Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training skills
  • Strong Presentation Skills and Communication skills
  • Analytical Skills to assess training effectiveness
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Business, or related field
  • Experience in a BPO or call center environment is a plus
