We are hiring for a Multinational BPO at Bangalore location

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Process Trainer to join our team. The role involves training new hires and existing employees on process knowledge, product updates, and standard operating procedures.

CTC- up to 4.5 LPA ( With 3k quarterly bonus + Performance bonus incentives ) for Process trainer

Note- We need multilingual candidates like English + Hindi / Tamil/ Telegu / kannada/ Malayalam

We are also hiring for Team lead - Operations, Assistant Manager - Operations, Manager Operations, Quality Analyst for FRM and Escalation process.

Manager Operations in FRM process here Ecommerce exp is mandatory

Team lease and Manager in sales for ecom KAM process here any ECOM with b2b sales is required

Team leader for Seller collaboration here need supply chain, logistic and warehouse management skills are required.

We are also hiring for Team lead - Operations, Quality Analyst and process trainer for Transportation and logistic process.

Key Responsibilities for process trainer

  • Conduct induction training for new joiners and ensure smooth transition into operations.
  • Deliver process and product training across new and existing employees.
  • Design and update training materials, SOPs, and manuals as per business requirements.
  • Assess training needs and create training calendars and schedules.
  • Use effective training methodologies to enhance knowledge retention and performance outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and audits.
  • Provide refresher training sessions based on performance gaps and client updates.
  • Collaborate with operations, quality, and HR teams to ensure training is aligned with business goals.
  • Track and report training metrics (attendance, performance, certification rates, etc.).
  • Stay updated on industry practices and process changes to ensure training relevance.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Proven experience as a Process Trainer, preferably in a BPO with an E-Commerce role.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies, facilitation techniques, and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
