Senior Executive-E/BL Pre-Sales Specialist

We are looking for A Senior Executive - E/BL Pre-Sales Specialist that will handle the following :
• Approach e/BL shippers and discuss with them potential consignees
• Approach agreed consignees and discuss with them the ZIM e/BL solution
• Approach e/BL shippers and discuss with them potential consignees
• Approach agreed consignees and discuss with them the ZIM e/BL solution
• On-board consignees by way of explaining the benefits, support their registration and the basic installations as required.
• Make sure all parties V-Cards are updated/exchanged between all relevant parties
• Work with the customers on applying the e/BL to all possible routes
• On-board consignees by way of support to their registration and activation processes and the basic installations as required.
• Make sure all parties V-Cards are updated
• Update ZIM IT and Customer services on new onboardings
• Provide support where needed to the customer
• Escalate to ZIM and WAVE where needed
• Adopt client complaints and follow up the resolution
• Solve ad-hoc problems/transfer service issues to relevant department
• Monitor customer performance
• Comply with tracking and reporting requirements
You will need to have :
• Excellent Communication in English / Local Languages
• Minimum Graduate
• Proven experience in sales
• Good understanding of technical support
