Role Summary

As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. You'll support the sales team by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings — playing a key role in expanding EduJam's reach across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 80–100 connected calls per day to engage with prospective clients
  • Research and identify potential leads to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct outreach through cold calling and email campaigns
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the business development team
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the team to craft customized pitches and sales presentations
  • Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships
  • Share client insights to enhance EduJam's offerings and strategies

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or lead generation (Ed-Tech experience is a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze market trends
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
