Job Title: Pre-Sales / CRM Executive
Department: Sales
Reporting To: Head of Department (HOD)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Pre-Sales / Tele-calling
Qualification: 12th Pass
Candidate Preferance - Female Candidate only
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Sales Management
Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up with leads
Explain product/service details and answer customer queries
Maintain and update contact lists
Convert leads into potential customers
Call existing and old customers to promote offerings
2. Process Orientation
Coordinate with the sales team to close deals
Record sales attempts and follow-up actions
Maintain client relations for repeat business
Ensure customer complaints are resolved efficiently
3. Innovation & Ownership
Participate in team meetings and provide performance feedback
Suggest improvements for internal processes
Follow all company policies and updates
4. Customer Relationship Management
Ensure continuous engagement with customers throughout their journey
Assist with agreement, handover, registration, and documentation
Support cancellation, transfer, and payment collection processes
Handle customer visits and resolve queries effectively
5. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to company guidelines and service quality standards
Maintain up-to-date MIS reports
Support in preparing final work reports and ensure customer satisfaction
