Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Sales SPOC located in Navi Mumbai. The Pre-Sales SPOC will be responsible for managing pre-sales activities, engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and providing information about properties. The role involves coordinating with sales teams, maintaining databases, scheduling site visits, and assisting in the sales process to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in pre-sales, sales coordination, and customer engagement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in maintaining databases and using CRM software
  • Ability to understand and explain property details and specifications
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
