Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a work-from-home opportunity, with a preference for female candidates. The role focuses on driving growth, expanding product reach, and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote products and services through digital platforms and direct customer engagement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and agents.
  • Effectively present and communicate product value to prospective clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and share actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication skills (mandatory).
  • Proactive, extroverted, and results-oriented personality.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field (professional certifications preferred).
  • 13 years of experience in business development, sales, or promotions. (Freshers with strong communication & sales aptitude may also apply).
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to use digital platforms and tools effectively.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in Insurance Sales or BFSI sales is highly desirable.
  • Candidates with strong client-handling and relationship-building skills will be preferred.
  • This is a non-field role (no fieldwork involved).
