  • Verify accuracy and completeness of work against acceptance criteria for product upgrades as well as

implementations

  • Report progress to Sr. Mgmt. and raise issues and risks
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships and goodwill with clients
  • Maintain realistic expectations among all parties and stakeholders
  • Develop, configure, and document existing systems and new product offerings to meet clients needs
  • Work closely with the Product Manager to fully understand and develop overall project and product

functional requirements.

  • Coordinate and support joint application discussions; cross functional unit discussions to define business

requirements

  • Transform ideas into usable, thorough work requirements for designers and the development team
