Job Summary
upGrad is seeking an enthusiastic and driven
Pre-Sales Executive
to support its business growth initiatives. The role involves engaging with potential learners, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward suitable learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct tele-calling and cold-calling to generate leads
- Engage with prospective learners to understand their career goals
- Explain UPGrad's programs and course offerings effectively
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and relationship management
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve enrolment targets
- Deliver high-quality customer experience during every interaction
Key Skills Required
- Minimum 1+ year of pre-sales experience (preferably in EdTech)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with tele-calling and cold-calling activities
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
