Pre-Sales Executive
to support its business growth initiatives. The role involves engaging with potential learners, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward suitable learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct tele-calling and cold-calling to generate leads
  • Engage with prospective learners to understand their career goals
  • Explain UPGrad's programs and course offerings effectively
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and relationship management
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve enrolment targets
  • Deliver high-quality customer experience during every interaction

Key Skills Required

  • Minimum 1+ year of pre-sales experience (preferably in EdTech)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with tele-calling and cold-calling activities
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
