Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to doctors, clinics, and hospitals to introduce Docterz products.
Understand customer requirements and explain product features confidently.
Generate qualified leads and schedule product demos for the sales team.
Engage with potential clients to build interest and maintain strong lead pipelines.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure demo completion and push prospects toward closure.
Maintain detailed records of calls, lead status, and follow-up actions in CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly calling, lead generation, and demo scheduling targets.
Coordinate closely with the sales and product teams for smooth workflow.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate product information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience as a Pre-Sales Executive, Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or Customer Support role.
Strong communication, presentation, and convincing abilities (English & Hindi).
Ability to understand product features and explain them clearly to customers.
Ability to work under a target-driven environment.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM tools.
High energy level, positive attitude, and strong follow-up skills.
