Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their property needs, and coordinating site visits. This role demands excellent communication skills, relationship-building ability, and a proactive approach to client management.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate cold calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote property listings
- Schedule and conduct site visits to showcase properties effectively
- Follow up consistently on client inquiries and maintain strong communication
- Understand client requirements to offer tailored property solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups
Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive and confident in client interactions
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of real estate market trends, especially plots and villas
- Familiarity with the sales cycle and customer engagement strategies
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: 22,000 per month
- Performance-Based Incentives: 12,000 to 20,000 per month
