Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain service quality to uphold company goodwill and secure bookings through effective market research.
- Manage Residential projects in Mumbai, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Actively participate in product launches and contribute to expanding business opportunities.
- Handle customer queries promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify prospective clients, generate business from existing clientele, and achieve assigned business targets.
- Regularly interact with clients, addressing their queries and complaints to maintain positive client relations.
- Conduct cold calling, arrange appointments with site managers, engage in digital outreach, and achieve booking targets.
Requirements:
- Full-time Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate or property development industry or customer service in any industry.
- Strong understanding of customer requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
