Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain service quality to uphold company goodwill and secure bookings through effective market research.
  • Manage Residential projects in Mumbai, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in product launches and contribute to expanding business opportunities.
  • Handle customer queries promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify prospective clients, generate business from existing clientele, and achieve assigned business targets.
  • Regularly interact with clients, addressing their queries and complaints to maintain positive client relations.
  • Conduct cold calling, arrange appointments with site managers, engage in digital outreach, and achieve booking targets.

Requirements:

  • Full-time Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate or property development industry or customer service in any industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
